As a major fund raising event for our agency, this charity day was once again an outstanding success. Ninety four golfers played in fine weather on a course in excellent condition, followed by a Gala Lunch and Auction in the magnificent Clubhouse with everyone having a fabulous day.

            Michael Christian of Radio Sport National was MC and Auctioneer assisted by Sandra Mackenzie professional golfer and commentator. There was spirited bidding for a wide range of items including sporting memorabilia. Sponsorship and general support for this day was sensational and considering the current economic conditions it was an excellent result.

            As the beneficiary from this event, the Dingley Village Community Advice Bureau is most grateful to Bob and Kathie Shearer for their on-going support to our agency. We thank all the sponsors that participated on the day – the donors to the auction and a great variety of people that played many parts to make a successful day.
